You will support us in the following areas:

Reviewing payments for invoices and other project-related expensesMonitoring daily financial transactions, including accounting processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and payment approvalsEnsuring the accuracy of the profit and loss (P&L) statement and balance sheet accounts in accordance with company guidelinesManaging the preparation, monitoring, and control of annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly closings in collaboration with the Director of FinanceReviewing and approving journal entries, monthly closings, and payroll-related payments in compliance with deadlines and guidelinesEnsuring that all necessary permits, licenses, and legal documents are in place and up to date
