We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant FinanceManager.

Principal responsibilities

Assist in implementing the day-to-day function of the billing team to ensure the accuracy of invoicing;

Handle the billing enquiries from customer and internal department;

Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes;

Handle various payments of operating expenses from different teams;

Responsible for month-end closing;

Assist in enhancing billing system and conduct UAT;

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports;

Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
