**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Facility Manager to join our Facility Management team on the Qiddiya program.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Ensuring that the quality of the outcomes from the facilities management suppliers meets the required standard.
+ Undertake regular, and thorough inspections throughout Ruwais City and all service failures by suppliers are recorded and reported through the CAFM system.
+ Measure and record corrective actions by suppliers and follow-up on these actions until a satisfactory outcome is achieved.
+ Identify opportunities for initiatives and projects for improvement in the built environment in Ruwais.
+ Identify ways in which suppliers can operate more efficiently.
+ Focus on strong working relationships across all functions and raise awareness in providing exceptional customer service.
+ Identify and report any Health, Safety and Environment issues or hazards and liaise with the relevant team to ensure that they are addressed.
+ Undertake inspections of new properties handed over to the client to identify snagging actions required.
+ Liaise with the Community Services Center to understand and improve our customer experience and the nature of service requests raised.
+ Liaise with the Corporate Services and Corporate Administration teams to deliver feedback to suppliers.
+ Perform all other responsibilities as delegated by the Line Manager.
+ Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Parsons, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Parsons.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ BSc degree in a relevant field.
+ At least 8 years of relevant working experience and proven track record in leading teams.
+ Experience in real estate, maintenance and facilities management.
+ Problem solving, decision-making, planning, communication, and time management.
+ Excellent written and verbal language skills in English & Arabic.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Working with a range of stakeholders.
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Microsoft office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
+ Working knowledge of a standard CAFM system.
