This role focuses on streamlining processes, ensuring uniformity, and improving efficiency through data-driven decision-making and strong program governance practices. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing operational data, creating impactful presentations, and implementing standardized processes across multiple geographies.

About the role:

Facilities Management SupportOversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring compliance with safety, sustainability, and cost-efficiency standards.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain high-quality workplace environments.Implement preventive maintenance and cost optimization strategies.Facilitate planning and execution of work orders, analyse work order load

Program Governance & Operational ExcellenceDesign and implement governance frameworks for operational programs across Malaysia and regional offices.Standardize processes and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency across locations.Monitor program performance using KPIs and dashboards; identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.Should have experience in translating contract deliverables to action items for the ground team and hold knowledge sharing sessions

Data-Driven Decision MakingCollect, analyze, and interpret operational data to inform strategic decisions.Develop reports and insights to support leadership in resource allocation and process optimization.Should be able to oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached and duly validated and updated to leadership

Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationPrepare and deliver high-impact presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Act as a liaison between regional teams to ensure alignment on governance and facilities initiatives.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Project Management, Operations, or related field.3+ years of experience in facilities management, program governance, or operational excellence roles.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Advanced presentation skills using tools like PowerPoint; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.Experience in process standardization and change management across multiple geographies.Knowledge of compliance standards and sustainability practices in facilities management.
