Meeting the clients’ facilities needs

At JLL, we put client satisfaction at the front and centre of everything we do. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements.

Making everyone safe and risk-free

Do you value workplace cleanliness, safety and quality? If so, you’ll be a perfect fit for the job. In this role, you will ensure everyone’s health and safety by directing, monitoring and improving the delivery of the Hard and Soft Services into the workplace. You will be daily hands-on with a great ‘eye-for-detail’. Your communication skills, both written and verbal will be succinct and clear, accurate and timely. You will be responsible for the overall site walk-through, quality audits and resulting benchmarking of standards. Additional responsibilities will include Physical Inventories, Site Based Meetings, Performance Reviews and the coordination of SME support activities.

At the same time, this role puts you on the first line of defense against risks. As such, you will help implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans. You’ll also be expected to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with the firm’s guidelines and strategies.

Are you knowledgeable in the local health and safety protocols and how they are enacted within our workplace environment? Are you flexible, proactive and organized?
