Assist Facilities Management Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectives.Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors or other services providers.Work order entry and monitoring; redirect work orders that are assigned to wrong vendor or location; request NTE increases and approvals.Monitor work order SLA adherence.Assists with the coordination, scheduling, follow-up and satisfaction of maintenance activities.Coordinates with onsite and regional Facilities team to advance service quality and enhance the client partnership.Manage all outsourced service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service deliveryEnsure compliance with client’s policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with JLL FM Operations Manual proceduresEnsure compliance with contractual SLA in order to meet KPI targetsEnsure compliance with all governmental regulations Provide interface with client’s representative and BMOAssist in ensuring the implementation of preventive maintenance programManage small projects including MAC and liaise with project team for large scale projects to ensure seamless FM operationsCarry out periodic FM inspectionsEnsure defects are identified, captured on the Help Desk and actioned within service levelsCoordinate FM team self performed and vendor works on siteMonitor works or goods received quality liaising with site Engineer or Technician as necessary and reconcile works or goods received to PO as necessaryEnsure the effective completion of all incident reportsManage and update local issues and projects trackersEnsure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standardsManage end user expectationsProactively identify and investigate potential cost saving or value add opportunitiesDelegate for client’s FM stakeholder as required in their absenceLocation:
