Based in Brisbane, this role offers hands-on exposure to a portfolio of premium commercial buildings and the chance to collaborate with experienced on-site FM teams to deliver outstanding results. You'll be exposed to a diverse mix of buildings and FM responsibilities, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and long-term asset performance. This role is perfect for someone with a facilities / property / trade background who is looking to step into a Facilities Manager role with lots of support and training. **In this role, you will:** + Support the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial assets, coordinating building services and maintenance + Collaborate with site-based Facilities Managers, contractors and Charter Hall stakeholders to uphold safety, compliance and presentation + Provide leave coverage across the portfolio and contribute to reporting, contractor management and asset improvements + Exposure to project work while supporting the on-site facilities team during busy periods **About You** You’re a confident communicator, organised operator and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a multi-site environment.
