Position Overview

The Assistant Facilities Manager supports the JLL Facilities Manager in delivering exceptional facilities management services to our clients. This role helps oversee daily operations, maintenance, and functionality of client facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and productive work environments aligned with JLL's high standards of service excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport our integrated facilities management approach by assisting with daily operations, maintenance coordination, and service delivery to clientsHelp implement our facilities management technology platforms and reporting systems to track maintenance activities and analyze performance metricsAssist in coordinating our approved vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with our procurement procedures and client-specific requirementsContribute to our sustainability initiatives by supporting energy efficiency programs and green building practices at client sitesConduct regular facility inspections using our quality assurance protocols to identify and address potential issuesSupport the development of client-specific service level agreements (SLAs) and help monitor performance against these agreementsParticipate in our emergency preparedness and business continuity planning for client facilitiesAssist with budget preparation and expense monitoring using our financial management systemsEnsure compliance with our safety standards, local regulations, and client-specific policiesHelp coordinate special projects and workplace experience initiatives that align with our Future of Work strategiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred2-5 years of experience in facilities management or related fieldKnowledge of integrated facilities management approach or similar corporate FM experienceFamiliarity with commercial real estate operations and building systemsStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple client needsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailEffective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team membersProficiency in MS Office and facilities management softwareJLL Culture & BenefitsOpportunity to work with one of the world's leading real estate and investment management firmsCareer growth within our global network of facilities management professionalsCommitment to diversity, inclusion, and sustainabilityCollaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional client serviceComprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities
