CBRE is offering a rare opportunity to work on a newly completed premium commercial building in Brisbane’s CBD. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the building delivers an outstanding experience for tenants from day one, backed by a high-performing team and a globally recognised brand. **Your Role** As Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll be embedded in the early operations phase of a state-of-the-art commercial property. Supporting the Facilities Manager, your work will be hands-on and people-facing—balancing building functionality with an exceptional standard of service delivery. You’ll be involved in: + Supporting the day-to-day running of all building operations and services + Being a key contact for tenants, resolving issues and supporting smooth onboarding + Helping monitor building systems and environmental performance + Liaising with contractors to maintain quality, safety, and responsiveness + Championing service excellence and contributing to continuous improvement **Who You Are** You may already have experience in facilities coordination, building operations or asset services—or you could be coming from a hospitality or customer-focused background, ready to make the shift into commercial property.
