What this job involves:
Providing onsite support
You will be responsible for the planning, the execution and the monitoring of the Facility Management Systems. You will ensure Best Practices in terms of Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to, and that the Services performed by our accredited Vendors meets the customer expectations. You will lead a proactive team; one that carries out Floor Walks and investigates Customer Complaints. You will develop a Continuous Improvement ethos within the team with regards to moving Corrigo away from being a reactive tool to becoming more of a proactive tool.
You’ll also be coordinating with colleagues in Hard Services as well as our Soft Services Vendors. Reporting will be a daily responsibility, both documented and verbal. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment. Manage day-to-day operations of the facilities as such budget management, maintenance management, compliance and safety, vendor management, project management and client engagement.
Where can processes be improved? How can we save costs? These are questions that will be at the forefront of the team’s thinking. You, too will have eye for detail in all aspects of the facility, Lead/participate in maintenance of standard processes and new process releases and provide coaching.

At JLL, we put client satisfaction at the front and centre of everything we do. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements.

In this role, you will ensure everyone’s health and safety by directing, monitoring and improving the delivery of the Hard and Soft Services into the workplace. You will be daily hands-on with a great ‘eye-for-detail’. Your communication skills, both written and verbal will be succinct and clear, accurate and timely. You will be responsible for the overall site walk-through, quality audits and resulting benchmarking of standards. Additional responsibilities will include Physical Inventories, Site Based Meetings, Performance Reviews and the coordination of SME support activities.
At the same time, this role puts you on the first line of defense against risks. As such, you will help implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans. You’ll also be expected to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with the firm’s guidelines and strategies.
