**The Assistant Outlets Manager supports the leadership of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel including Prairie Kitchen & Bar (3-meal full service restaurant with bar) and MPLS Market (coffee bar with quick order food and sundries). The Assistant Outlets Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, colleague training, development, and coaching, internal and external communication, and guest experience management.**
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ **Assist with scheduling and the delegation of daily tasks.**
+ **Conducting team pre-shifts and supporting team through service.**
+ **Coach and counsel team members in line with Hyatt service procedures.**
+ **Managing the guest experience including monitoring guest interactions, responding to complaints and special requests, ensuring quality and accuracy of product and timeliness of service.**
+ **Managing closing including daily administrative tasks, submitting requisitions, and ensuring side-work is completed.**
+ **Upholding health, safety, and compliance standards**

**Qualifications:**
+ **A resume is required to be considered**
+ Minimum of 2 years of F&B experience required
+ Previous Supervisor experience required
+ Wine/beverage knowledge preferred
+ Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
