Assistant F&B Operations Manager (Beverage)
Hyatt
**Description:**
An **Assistant F&B Operations Manager (Beverage)** is responsible for supporting the overall beverage operations of a hospitality venue, such as a hotel, resort, cruise ship, or restaurant group. Their role centers on ensuring that the beverage program runs smoothly, meets quality standards, and delivers a strong guest experience while also supporting financial and operational goals.
They oversee daily beverage service across outlets like bars, lounges, and banquet areas, making sure staff are coordinated and service is efficient. A key part of the role is guest interaction—handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that customers leave satisfied.
On the financial side, they assist with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management, monitoring sales and profitability to help maximize revenue. They also play a leadership role by training, scheduling, and supervising beverage staff, motivating the team, and fostering good communication.
