POSITION SUMMARY: As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless execution of our culinary and service operations. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of our establishment by assuming a range of responsibilities that span both managerial and operational domains. Responsibilities: -Assist in the day-to-day management of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. -Oversee the implementation of operational procedures, including inventory management, order processing, and quality control. -Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. -Contribute to the maintenance of a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in both the kitchen and dining areas. -Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager on financial analysis and reporting related to F&B operations. -Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings fresh and exciting. -Lead by example, setting the standard for impeccable service. Work closely with the front-of-house team to create a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests. Previous experience with Marriott brands or other luxury chains (preferred). -Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, including industry trends and best practices -Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills -Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously -Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively -Proficient in English with an excellent command of the language -Proficient knowledge of MS Office -Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union at the time of application.
