**Description:**

2. Be responsible for the administrative management of the catering department, assist in formulating and implementing all plans for catering operations, and ensure the achievement of the department's revenue and profit targets.
3. Continuously seek various ways to manage the restaurant in order to achieve maximum revenue and profits.
4. Proficiently master the skills and management techniques of Chinese cuisine, ensuring that the management teams of various restaurants, banquets, and their products align with market demands and development trends.
5. Guide subordinates to ensure that productivity levels meet the design standards of Hyatt and the requirements outlined in the Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Food and Beverage Operations Manual.
6. Regularly inspect the food and beverages in each restaurant, and maintain strict, even rigorous, standards for the quality of food and beverages.
7. Establish and maintain good customer relationships with guests, promptly handle guest complaints, and fulfill various service requirements related to dining and catering.
8. Regularly inspect each restaurant (especially during peak hours) to ensure optimal management and operation.
9. Understand the laws and regulations concerning employee and industry relations, comprehend and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations outlined in labor contracts and employee manuals, as well as the hotel's policies on fire prevention, hygiene, health, safety, and emergency response.
10. Always demonstrate responsible management and behavior, and represent the hotel management team and Hyatt Hotels Corporation in a positive image.
11. Ensure that every employee understands and strictly adheres to the rules and regulations outlined in the labor contract and employee handbook, as well as the hotel's policies regarding fire prevention, hygiene, health, safety, and emergency response.
12. Implement efficient salary management/resource allocation by establishing a flexible staffing structure across the entire department. This will be based on the principles of a flexible employee base (full-time employees and temporary workers), multi-skilling, and multi-tasking.
13. Ensure that all employees consistently provide friendly, polite, and professional service and ensure guest satisfaction.
14. Respond to demands, make changes, and perform any reasonable tasks and additional responsibilities in accordance with the guidelines of the hotel, industry, and company.
