We are hiring for an Assistant Expanded Learning Site Director at Aspire Rosa Parks Academy. JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Expanded Learning Site Director (AExLD) supports the planning and operations of a high-quality, personalized afterschool education and enrichment program for students. The Assistant Expanded Learning Site Director (AExLD) is responsible to assist the Expanding Learning Site Director in carrying out all administrative components of the After School Program, including attendance, payroll and other reporting, communicating with parents, overseeing volunteers, ordering supplies, maintaining files and providing other logistical and clerical support to the After School Director as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Expanding Learning School Program Daily Operations: Maintains accurate student records, including attendance, and submits reports in accordance with Aspire procedures Ensures compliance with all safety and other regulatory and/or funder requirements Opens and closes the program in the absence of the After School Director Facilitates regu
