Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our luxury hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property.

Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operationsCoordinate, schedule, and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure optimal performanceConduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvementManage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective utilizationProvide on-the-job training and mentorship to housekeeping staffFacilitate effective communication between guests, housekeeping team, and other hotel departmentsImplement and maintain HACCP standards in housekeeping practicesAssist in developing and implementing innovative housekeeping procedures to enhance efficiencyEnsure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and UAE labor lawsCollaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiencesHandle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionallyParticipate in budget planning and cost control measures for the housekeeping department

QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in luxury hotel housekeepingProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent knowledge of HACCP standards and their application in housekeepingFluency in English; additional languages are a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standardsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in hotel management software and MS Office suiteIn-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practicesFamiliarity with UAE labor laws and regulations related to the hospitality industryAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysStrong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
