About the role:

We are recruiting a skilled Facility Engineer or Assistant Facility Engineer to oversee critical infrastructure and ensure seamless operations at their cutting-edge facilities in Hong Kong. This role is perfect for FM professionals passionate about engineering excellence and innovation.

What this job involves:

Perform preventive/corrective maintenance for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

Supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and Google’s sustainability standards

Troubleshoot technical issues and implement efficient solutions

Support facility upgrades and energy-saving initiatives

Maintain documentation and reports for audits

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

Diploma or higher in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field

3+ years’ FM experience (experience in data centers, tech campuses, or corporate facilities is a plus)

Strong knowledge of HK building codes, HVAC, and electrical systems

Proactive, tech-savvy, and fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a bonus)
