Assistant Director of Sales (Based in HCMC)

**Description:**
Assistant Director of Sales will assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees. Monitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and the competitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure that the hotel’s sales remain competitive and at the cutting edge.
**Qualifications:**
+ Prior experience with Hyatt is preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree in hospitality industry or a related discipline.
+ Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and client relationship management., local candidates are highly preferred.
+ 3–5 years of experience in sales, including at least two years in a management role, or equivalent experience in a 5 star hotel environment.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, motivational, and training capabilities.
+ Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Immediate availability is highly preferred.
