Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales Marketing to formulate and execute strategic sales plans across all market segments, with the objective of maximizing hotel revenue and market share.Lead the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, while closely monitoring the performance, activities, and productivity of the sales team to ensure the achievement of business targets.Actively contribute to sales presentations, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel property tours to promote the hotel’s facilities and services effectively.Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and long-term business partnerships.Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth and strengthen the hotel’s competitive positioning.Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a high level of guests satisfaction.
