Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards of care

Provide oversight and guidance to nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain accreditation

Requirements:

2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role

Current RN license and certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., CCRN, CNL)

Strong clinical and leadership skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, residents, and families

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
