The Woodlands of Liberty is seeking a compassionate and professional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to work in coordination with the DON to support the nursing department functions of our Assisted Living Facility. What You'll Do:

Supports the philosophy, mission, commitment, vision and values of The Woodlands

Directs and evaluates LPNs and STNAs/caregivers

Administers medications and treatments accurately and timely.

Participates in orientation and in-service training for personnel.

Promotes interpersonal relationships and develops staff morale.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Support a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio

Current CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or geriatric nursing preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
