This strategic leader will report to the Director of Loss Prevention and be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs that ensure the safety of our guests, team members, and assets \- while maintaining the welcoming, polished environment that defines Hilton\.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of two years hotel security management experience, leading a team of both hourly officers and multiple supervisors\.

**What will I be doing?**
As the Assistant Director of Loss Prevention, you will assist the Director in leading all aspects of safety and security for these complexed properties\. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Assists and acts in absence of the Director of Security to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the property\.
+ Trains team members and ensures full compliance with all corporate guidelines and local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding emergency management, loss prevention, safety and security\.
+ Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff\.
+ Serves as liaison with local law enforcement and leads investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss, etc\.
+ Writes and assists in the administration and accuracy of all required reports and documentation\.\#LI\-GL1
