**Description:** + Function as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring operations that all outlets and banqueting run smoothly, meet hotel standards, and achieve business goals. + Ensure all Food & Beverage initiatives align with Corporate Strategy and support the implementation of relevant hotel action plans. + Oversee the preparation, review, and regular updating of Departmental Operations Manuals. + Conduct regular divisional communication meetings and ensure departmental briefings are effective, well‑structured, and carried out as required. + Oversee the seamless operation of the Food & Beverage Department in the absence of the Director of Food & Beverage. **Qualifications:** + Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, preferably within luxury international hotel brands. + Creative mindset with strong awareness of current Food & Beverage trends. + Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage standards is essential. + International exposure or multicultural work experience is preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Good command of English, with proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred. + Basic computer skills in MS Office are preferred. **Primary Location:** CN-MO-Macau **Organization:** Grand Hyatt Macau **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Food and Beverage **Req ID:** MAC000926 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
