As Assistant Director of Food Beverage, you will support the strategic and operational leadership of the hotel’s dining experiences. From stylish restaurants to curated events, you’ll help shape the FB identity and ensure exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Support FB strategy and operations for pre-opening and daily service
Assist in managing restaurants, bars, and event spaces

Monitor guest feedback and operational KPIs
Recruit, train, and develop FB team members
Promote a culture of care, creativity, and collaboration
