Job Description Your Tasks:
Shared responsibility for day-to-day accounting tasks and the preparation of statistics, forecasts, budgets, monthly and annual financial statementsOngoing reconciliation of balance sheet accountsEnsuring compliance with legal requirements and accounting guidelines, as well as the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with USALI and UGBSupporting and coordinating departments in the preparation of monthly P&LsAssisting with budget preparation and controlSupporting the Director of Finance in the preparation of monthly corporate reports and ensuring compliance with deadlinesTaking on projects for the further development of the finance department and the internal control systemShared responsibility for the company's cash management guidelinesMonitoring of risk management guidelines and proceduresAdministration of all contracts and other financial obligations
Your Profile:
You have experience in a similar management position in finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.Knowledge of SUN Systems, Birchstreet, Opera, Simphony and Fairmas is an advantage.Strategic, analytical thinking is not new to you.You have very good German and English skills and enjoy using themYou are reliable, able to multitask and have a talent for coordination

The minimum monthly salary for this position starts at 2492,00€ gross per month according to the Austrian collective Agreement. The willingness to overpay is of course given for this position and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
