We are seeking a well-experienced Assistant Director of Finance who assists the Director of Finance with in the overall financial management of the hotel, ensuring compliance with internal controls, managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting the Director of Finance in safeguarding the hotel’s assets and financial integrity.
Your role is to support the Director of Finance to successfully manage the division and ensure that the hotel is able to comply with government-stipulated employee and tax legislations are strictly followed and implemented.

The ideal candidate shall meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel finance or hospitality-related financial roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (USALI), financial systems, and local tax laws.
Proficient in financial software systems such as Iscala, Oracle, Sun, or Opera.
High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holder with valid working rights.
