We are seeking a passionate Assistant Director of Finance to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. In this key role, you will support our Director of Finance in all financial and strategic matters. Together, you will ensure that we achieve our ambitious financial goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support in leading the Finance Department and act as a strong partner to the Director of FinancePreparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly and annual financial statementsContribution to budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning – always keeping the big picture in mindEnsure compliance with internal standards, policies, and legal requirementsResponsibility for cost control, accounts payable/receivable management, and reportingClose collaboration with operational departments to drive profitability and efficiencyLead, motivate, and develop the Finance team
