•Minimum of 3 years of experience as Chief Engineering or in the same level position in a large-scale and luxurious 5-star hotel.
•Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
•Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time-management skills
•Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a large engineering team while ensuring safety and efficiency.
•Broad understanding of hotel facilities, maintenance operations, and safety standards.
