Proficiency in computer systems and software, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting, scheduling, and communication.Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) for monitoring and operating HVAC, electrical, life‑safety, and other facility systems.Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), including HOTSOS or similar service‑order and work‑order technology.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain operational accuracy under pressure.Ability to interpret complex technical information, drawings, and equipment data to support diagnostic and problem‑solving work in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life‑safety system.a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}
