Serves as the primary business development lead for employer partnerships across both Pamplin’s undergraduate and graduate programs. This role supports the strategic efforts of the Offices of Undergraduate Career Services and Graduate Programs, with a focus on cultivating deep, strategic relationships that support curricular and co-curricular experiential programs, hiring opportunities for students, and industry engagement initiatives.

This position reports to the Director of Pamplin Career Services, with an indirect reporting relationship to the Director of the Office of Graduate Programs.
