**Job Summary and Qualifications**
This Assistant Director position is responsible for assisting in the development, evolution and implementation of the overall strategy for the Company’s operations in the critical area of Payment Compliance. Duties include integration of new technology to improve modeling processes, enhancement of net revenue accuracy and providing subject matter expertise in this area. This position will work closely with the Directors of Payment Compliance in the development and evolution of this strategy. This position will also have significant interaction with the Shared Service Center CFOs, Back Office COOs, Directors, and Managers.
**In this role you will:**
+ Provide management support and oversight of corporate contract modeling and SSC based contract modeling teams dedicated to supporting the Concuity implementation and post implementation support processes.
+ Perform Rate Schedule CFO/Designee Final Approvals for Corporate maintained Implementation and post implementation rate schedules as needed.
+ Facilitate the Implementation Model walkthroughs on high net revenue payers to ensure model accuracy.
+ Participate in Monthly PCA/SSC Payer Review Meetings.
+ Participate in Monthly Contract Modeling Manager one on one’s.
+ Act as a secondary subject matter expert for SOX Auditors.
+ Assist in the design and development of Contract Modeling Leadership courses.
+ Assist in the design and enhancement of existing Contract Modeling Training courses.
+ Assist in the design and development in Payer Rate Load Audit standardization.
+ Assist Payment Compliance Directors by serving as a secondary subject matter expert for Payment Compliance operations.
+ Provide operational guidance throughout the Concuity lifecycle, including post implementation support.
+ Evaluate and refine system requirements documents created by IT&S, Payment Compliance Business Analysts and other technical units to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
+ Assist BPG and IT&S project management resources in the creation and monitoring of modeling related project plans.
+ Facilitate design sessions and operations review meetings with SSC Payment Compliance Directors focusing on overall issue resolution and process improvement related to Contract Modeling.
+ Assess individual SSC Payment Compliance modeling departments’ performance including review of operational measures and personnel performance. Conduct Operational review sessions with the SSC Payment Compliance Modeling Directors and Managers.
+ Enhance management reporting to support both internal management and executive management reporting needs, including monthly modeling results reporting and forecasts.
+ Build customer relationship model and hold Payment Compliance modeling operations to expectations.
+ Work with other Parallon SSC subject matter experts to ensure a comprehensive approach to SSC operations.
+ Work closely with Internal Audit to refine test plans for Payment Compliance modeling units.
+ Work closely with Government Services to help ensure compliance with governmental requirements relating to Payment Compliance modeling operations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 5 -7 years accounting/auditing/healthcare management experience
+ Experience in public accounting and/or healthcare provider financial operations preferred
+ Previous SSC experience preferred
+ BS or BA preferred
