Job Requirements: 

Must be at least 21 years of age  Ability to work well with children  Ability to communicate effectively  General knowledge of standard office equipment  Assist in classroom management and as needed to maintain ratio Conduct parent involvement activities  Help maintain inventory, care and maintenance of school and school functions Help teacher keep administrative records and prepare required reports  Provide orientation and assistance to teachers  Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director
