Assistant Developer
Knowledge and Process Management is part of the Physical Security Systems Architect’s organization within Oracle Global Physical Security. KPM is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and documenting information assets, which includes documenting procedures, developing job-related training such as lesson plans for online, self-paced, or live training. Managing communications across Global Physical Security for Physical Security Systems and Applications. The goal of KPM is to ensure we share relevant and useful information through a standardized process across Oracle Global Physical Security to enable scalability and efficiency as the team grows. Documented procedures, guides, and job-related training to help new hires onboard quickly and provide existing employees with reference materials to help maximize efficiency, standardize on processes, troubleshoot issues and answer questions that may arise during their workday. Such processes and tools are key to drive stabilization and repeatable processes as the business continues to scale globally. The User Assistance Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation and training for GPS’s various teams. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop content to enable learning for all levels of the organization worldwide. This may include documenting procedures, and creating various types of training (online, self-paced, live), knowledge exams, tutorials, and videos. Job responsibilities: This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: · Contribute to the overall learning and development strategy for Global Physical Security Systems · Understand the unique learning needs of the various levels and roles across GPS and translate them into requirements · Develop training curriculum based on requirements · Drive continuous improvement by maintaining a cadence to update and improve training curriculum · Facilitate training through various modes depending on need · End to end project management for training (from gathering requirements to final delivery to reporting/metrics) · Collaborate with subject matter experts to create, edit and maintain knowledge articles that are used by end users with varying degrees of technical knowledge · Review and audit documentation from subject matter experts to ensure consistency in appearance and content · Work directly with development teams to create user guides · Seek feedback on documentation to identify improvement opportunities · Assist on special projects or activities as needed · Manage the end-to-end exam development process for Oracle Global Physical Security on Oracle MyLearn platform · Contribute to all aspects of high-impact process specific certification projects from start to finish, working in close collaboration with product development, engineering, consultants, partners, physical security practitioners and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) · Define the intent and scope of process and subject specific exams for specific target audiences and job roles · Perform Job Task Analysis (JTA), create exam blueprint design · Manage blueprint training course development · Conduct review workshops and training sessions for SMEs and end users “Securitas is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
