Job Responsibilities:

Join our team as an Assistant Department Leader in our Press Shop! We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee all aspects of the press shop operations, ensuring efficient production, quality, and safety compliance. This individual will plan, organize, and direct the work of press operators and other shop personnel, while also maintaining and improving press equipment. If you are passionate about leading others forward and ensuring safety compliance, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:

Degree in Engineering, Tooling, Maintenance, and/or 3-5 years relevant professional experience in a similar position

Strong knowledge of press shop operations, equipment, and maintenance.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge and experience working with heavy metal stamping

Knowledge of LEAN Tools, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to work under pressure, leadership skills, and decisive action

Process-oriented vision, systems thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to complete investigations and incident reporting.
