Marketing - Customer Propositions and Management

Hang Seng’s Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to reinforce the brand of Hang Seng Bank, drive acquisition and usage of the Bank's product and services, strengthen customer loyalty to build long term relationships, and provide internal business units with marketing support to deliver a comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the Bank.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Customer Propositions Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Assist to develop proposition-related projects or initiatives to enhance segment awareness and expand market share for Private Banking, Prestige Private, Prestige, Preferred and other strategic segmentsAssist to review customer journeys in collaboration with internal teams to drive effective engagement and stickinessConduct regular competitor analysis and maintain abreast market information for on-going refinement of designated segment propositionsCollaborate with different business units to implement proposition initiatives, to ensure the proposition is properly delivered to customers with most optimal approachAssist in the creation of segment-relevant marketing content and materials, such as website copy, social media posts, and email communications to drive effective preference and conversionTrack and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities for optimization to meet the KPIsPerform other responsibilities / duties as assigned by respective manager
