**Core Responsibilities** **Costing :** + Support calculation of product cost for NPIs, collaborate with BD Ops team + Support calculation of product cost for site transfers and impact on P&L, collaborate with SRO team + Track recoveries from third parties towards development costs, capex etc. + Support annual cost audit submission, provide required data and work with auditors and internal team for resolution of open points **Cross-functional support & Projects :** + Drive initiatives to positively influence operating working capital and achieve financial goals + Work on projects relating to mitigation of external challenges, availing eligible Govt incentives, and subsidies. Work with CFS, SRO and Plan teams to collate and analyze data **QUALIFICATIONS :** + Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 10+ years of experience + Ability to drive change amongst peers and senior leaders.
