We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Control Manager - IWPB BRR UTILITY HASE RC.

Principal responsibilities

Facilitate and evaluate the risk and control assessment for the processes to ensure that risks and underline controls are adequately identified and assessed.Perform management and thematic reviews for the high risk processes and socialize themes emerging from the reviews to prevent recurrence.Facilitate and advise Control Owners in developing control monitoring plan and documenting the continuous control monitoring results.Ensure that HASE LoB and COO Office has a robust and compliant Risk Management capability within ‘First Line of Defence’ aligned to the Global framework.Implement and maintain effective Risk Control framework, which adds value to the HASE LoB and COO Office.Complete the Read Across exercise according to the global methodology.Support the RCA refresh processes and support control owners when RTCLs (Risk Taxonomy and Control Library) are updated.Support any project related to the Risk Management Framework according to the RC Global plans.Issues management, trigger event management and incident management.
