We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Collections Officer.
Principal responsibilities
Responsible for daily debt collection activities (including dunning calls, force liquidation of pledged collaterals, initiation and monitoring of legal action for procession of property, handling of property sale) of various secured products
To support administrative tasks such as account maintenance, account transactions, etc.
Handling procurement process to issue purchase order to vendors and checking of bill payment of collection cost
Performing UAT for system enhancement
Handling customer complaint and branch enquiries

Completed HKCEE / HKDSE with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above including Chinese, English and MathematicsWith banking experience, preferably with exposure to debt collection operationsStrong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressureGood interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skillsGood knowledge of application software such as MS Word, Excel and AccessProficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantageGreat sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer serviceYou’ll achieve more when you join Hang Seng Bank Limited.
