Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** + Engage and assemble stakeholders to drive results focusing on health care economics, quality/safety nurse sensitive indicators, case management, continuum of care, regulatory management and healthcare operations. + Attract, recruit and retain talent, cultivating engaged nurses, leaders and support staff focused on high-quality care driving the consumer experience. + Collaborate with executive leadership to execute business strategies that improve overall performance metrics and financial performance. + Formulate policies and procedures consistent with recognized standards of professional practice and compliance of regulatory standards. + Foster a culture of appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity and equity to drive the associate experience. + Develop professional communication and information for the hospital’s top nursing leader. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: + Master's degree required.
