Astria Health is seeking a Assistant Chief Financial Officer to join our team! This position will be at our Toppenish Hospital.

As the Assistant Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the financial and functional decision-making processes in contributing financial expertise in the planning of new services that generate additional sources of profitable revenue. You will:
Directs Revenue Cycle, Admitting, Business Office, Medical Records and Utilization Review.Oversees the charge master maintenance.Analyze and explore means of reducing hospital operating costs and increasing revenues based on market trends, financial reports and operating procedures. Works with hospital leadership in the development of short- and long-range planning objectives.Develops and implements revenue enhancement programs.Prepares weekly projections, and manages financial systems and processes therein.Performs other duties as assignedCollaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.Five or more years of direct work experience in healthcare.Two or more years of direct experience in revenue cycle departments.Oral and written fluency in the English language.
