Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Maintenance
•Assist in the operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
•Conduct regular inspections of public areas, guest areas, and back-of-house spaces.
•Ensure that all maintenance work is performed safely and efficiently.
•Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or service requests.
Supervision & Team Management
•Supervise and guide maintenance engineers, technicians, and other engineering staff.
•Assign daily work orders and monitor completion.
•Support training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
•Ensure effective communication between shifts and departments.
Preventive Maintenance & Compliance
•Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all critical systems and equipment.
•Maintain up-to-date maintenance logs and inspection records.
•Ensure compliance with local codes, health, fire, and safety regulations.
•Coordinate with external contractors, inspectors, and vendors.
Project & Budget Support
•Assist in planning and execution of renovation, repair, or upgrade projects.
•Support budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement of parts and materials.
•Recommend energy-saving initiatives and equipment upgrades.
Safety & Environmental Management
•Promote and enforce safe working practices and procedures.
•Participate in fire and emergency response training.
•Ensure proper operation of fire protection and life safety systems.
•Support environmental sustainability and energy management programs.
Please note that this role required working shifts on weekend, weekdays, overnights, holidays, etc. The candidate must also be available on call for any emergency or urgent cases 24/7.
