Job Description Faststream Recruitment is working with a leading global cruise brand to recruit an experienced Assistant Casino Manager to join their premium ocean-going fleet. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead a dynamic team and deliver an exceptional casino experience at sea.

Key Responsibilities:
Support in managing daily casino operations, including table games and slot machines Lead and develop a multicultural casino team Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies Drive revenue and guest engagement Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion Requirements:
Previous experience as a Assistant Casino Manager for a minimum of 1 year.  Shipboard experience  Strong leadership and customer service skills Solid knowledge of casino operations and compliance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment What’s on Offer:
