We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Assistant Card and Loans Team Manager, reporting to Card and Loans Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Lead a team to achieve sales target by performing telemarketing activities in promoting unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) and deliver excellent services to customersHandle customer’s complaints in an efficient and professional mannerCollaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth launch of promotional campaigns, application process, migration and system enhancement projectsProvide coaching to subordinates to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge and service qualityKeep abreast of the changes in the latest regulatory requirements, internal guidelines and policies
