Summary This position is located at McCoy's, the central hub of activity at Fort McCoy, WI. This large facility includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling Center, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. The McCoy's Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft. McCoy Community. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Responsibilities Manages a business activity as an assistant manager. Supervises assigned staff. Recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public. Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports and makes recommendations concerning services, promotional activities and revenue improvements. Performs other duties as assigned.
