Summary This position is located at Dugway Proving Grounds in Dugway, UT. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement for the current PCS of the sponsor. (AR 215-3 2-5). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Responsibilities Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food serve facilities, with up to 12 employees in different locations. Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits. Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions and other work directives. Occasionally, may be required to work in any of the food service facilities as necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Must have cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods. 2. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. 3. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred are those candidates that have experience in supervising and training staff.
