Summary This position is located at Dugway Proving Grounds in Dugway, UT. Responsibilities Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food serve facilities, with up to 12 employees in different locations. Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits. Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions and other work directives. Occasionally, may be required to work in any of the food service facilities as necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must have cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods. 2. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. 3. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred are those candidates that have experience in supervising and training staff.
