We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Business Controller, Manufacturing for KONE Supply Chain Europe based in Pero Milan, Italy.
The candidate will join the Supply Chain Europe Finance Team. Assistant Business Controller supports Business Controllers in analyzing and monitoring the business performance. He/She supports the business by proactively identifying solutions to improve business performance. Assistant Business Controller supports the Business Controller in regularly reviewing and ensuring that activities are performed in accordance with the KONE Financial Control Model (FCM) and provides necessary analysis to ensure financial impacts are measured and reported following the KONE accounting standards and instructions. Assistant Business Controller is also accountable for supporting in executing the planning process according to global guidelines with the business leaders
Your Responsibilities and key activities
Business partnering with strong outside-in mindset understanding of the business logic and dependencies between key operational processes, relationships and metricsBeing part of the business controlling team promote and ensure adequate finance understanding in the business organizationSupporting the Business Controller in providing actionable insights, key findings, and conclusions to business that support the Management, including manufacturing cost, product cost and other Key Performance IndicatorsPerform Product and Manufacturing Costing analysis including material costing runs, activity costing analysis, production order costing reviewEnsure that key reporting principles and correct costing parameters as defined by KARI, KAS and FCM have been implemented and followedSupport the planning and forecasting processesParticipate and contribute to the Business Controlling Community to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the functionMaintain strong connections with other stakeholders and other Finance colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trendsRequirements for the role:
At least 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in an industrial environmentM. Sc in Finance, business administration or industrial engineering & managementGood Microsoft Excel knowledgeSAP ERP (FICO) and BI knowledgeStrong analytical and communication skills, coupled with the ability to build trust and collaboration among business leaders/stakeholdersGood organizational and process planning skillsFluent in English and ItalianThe position is located in Pero Milan, Italy.
