- Clearly define and communicate roles and responsibilities to team members.
- Foster a positive work environment to ensure team satisfaction
- Oversee team's attendance at required training sessions.
- Conduct quarterly one-on-one meetings with team members to gather feedback and address concerns with head office when necessary
- Maintain high levels of client and occupier satisfaction.
- Establish, implement, and monitor operational standards.
- Provide regular reports on all matters to clients and/or their representatives, offering solutions to issues when possible.
- Liaise with relevant government institutions on all matters.
- Evaluate performance of management personnel, contractors, and subcontractors • Collaborate with head office engineering team to develop and communicate maintenance and repair schedules to onsite engineering team.
- Ensure smooth financial operations in conjunction with head office client accounting support.
- Monitor and control expenses within agreed budgets.
- Proactively propose improvement plans for all aspects of the property and its facilities.
- Negotiate with external suppliers and service providers for property-related matters, including contracts and procurements, in conjunction with head office subject matter experts.
