The internship will be based in Belgium but will have a Benelux scope, with possible occasional travel to Pernod Ricard Nederland in Amsterdam.

Job description:

We are looking for a marketer that is curious, proactive, and a critical thinker to help take Lillet to new heights in the hearts and minds of Belgian and Dutch consumers.

Under the direction of the Brand Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will play a key role in the achievement and growth of the brand. This role focuses on aiding in the development of brand planning and developing and executing brand activities that are consumer centric.

Roles and responsibilities:

STRATEGY & DECISION-MAKING

Campaign & activation development: In partnership with the Brand Manager, support agency briefs, coordinate with Sales teams, and ensure flawless execution as well as post-campaign analysis.

Spring/Summer influencer campaign: Prepare the campaign briefing, manage day-to-day follow-up, approve content, track KPIs, and align with the Trade Marketing team (TMKT ON) for events and activations where influencers can be invited. Actively engage with influencers to maximize impact.

 

SUPPORT

Media campaigns: Support the Brand Manager in content production in collaboration with the creative agency The Mix (briefing & approvals) and prepare/upload files for the Digital team.

Marketing activations: Follow up on marketing activation and partnership requests, ensuring smooth stakeholder management with Ose Conseil and internal requesters to deliver materials and bottles.

Material production: Coordinate with suppliers, check samples, validate, and follow up to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Field activities: Participate in on-the-ground activities and activations to strengthen brand presence.

 

DAY-TO-DAY

Data & reporting: Track Lillet sell-in/sell-out data and update dashboards.

Trade Marketing support: Provide ad hoc support to Trade Marketing teams regarding brand fit and design approvals.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales (“Spritz Hunter”), Digital, and external partners to drive brand initiatives.

Team support: Accompany the Brand Manager in meetings with internal departments and external stakeholders.

 

EVENTS

Tactical event support: Contribute to the organization of events for Lillet and prestige brands such as Perrier-Jouët and Sainte Marguerite.

Stakeholder management: Coordinate with PR agencies, event suppliers, and customers to ensure successful event execution.

 

Student profile

University cursus, preferable in Business or Commerce

Marketing experience, preferable in FMCG or spirit industry is a plus

High level of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit

Creativity to bring new ideas to life

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)

Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Team player and proactivity

Fluent in English

Proficient in Microsoft office
