You Will Have Access To: + Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of. + A company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune. + A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists. **_SUMMARY_** + **Reports to:** Brand Lead + **Working location:** Me Linh Point, 02 Ngo Duc Ke Street, District 1 + **Contract:** 11 months, signed through a third party **_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_** + Execute brand marketing strategy to ensure the delivery of sales, margin, and market share target. + Work closely with brand manager to develop communication, and promotion material for the brand. + Proactively analyze market and internal data for review and planning purpose. + Work with cross-functional teams to deliver business result. + Produce access for brand as per aligned program **_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_** •Lead WOM & Social Outreach, develop marketing campaign & promotion program, which bases on brand positioning. •Strictly follow up execution with vendor & make alignment with related stake-holder to ensure marketing campaign and promotion program on time & in quality. •Plan and execute BTL channel communications to ensure flawless brand experience across touchpoints •Cooperate with related partners (in-house or outsource) to do market surveys on promotional programs to determine customer attitude, perception, and acceptance. Evaluate effectiveness of promotion program & propose solution/area to improve. •Tracking & evaluate effectiveness of promotion program, manage stock left of promotion gift, propose solution/area to improve if issue happens. •Support in developing product training to field force on an ongoing basis. Keep Field Force updated on product knowledge and competitor information. •Review complaints and propose solutions relating to assigned products. •Collect, compile, verify data of internal sales, retailer audit, product/promotion performance, customer/consumer feedback & behavior and make report to relevant managers. •Ensure document/record of approval for all execution activities •Coordinate with relevant to consolidate budget and activities KPI and monitor spending activities to ensure actual spend inline with budget plan. •Ensure all business activities comply with the WHO code, Viet Nam code, relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards. •Support Marketing Manager in coordinating with agencies to develop promotional materials including both online and offline materials, i.e. eDM, Facebook post, website content, detailing Aids, consumer leaflet… which are in line with product positioning. •Cooperate with related partners (in-house or outsource) to do market surveys on promotional programs to determine customer attitude, perception, and acceptance. •Evaluate effectiveness of promotion efforts through strictly follow up the execution of promotional programs. •Support in developing product training to field force on an ongoing basis. Keep Field Force updated on product knowledge and competitor information. •Actively assist Marketing team in executing marketing campaign, ranging from digital advertising to CRM lead, online and offline activation •Provide information in forecasting market’s product demand, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans. •Propose marketing objectives, advertising and promotion, which bases on Corporate Branding foundation, and ensure their execution for the assigned products. **_MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED_** **_Work_** **_Experience_** _Experience_ More than 3-4 years + Relevant experience in assistant brand manager role in the MNC FMCG/ Technology/ Retail/ Healthcare industry + At least 1-2 years at the administration or brand executive level + Prior experience in marketing, accounting, digital agency, project management is preferable **_Education_** Bachelor + Preferably in Business or Marketing **_CORE Skills Required_** _Professional Skill_ + Comprehensive industry knowledge + Good time and project management + Basic understanding of financial and data analysis + Good communication and negotiation + Digital Marketing skill _Behavioral / Leadership Skill_ + Pay attention to detail & execution. + Self-driven team player + Strong interpersonal skills + Problem solving skills + Continuous improvement behavior + Possess good organization, planning, problem analysis _Language Skill_ + Good command of English _Computer Skill_ + MS Office An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
