Position: Assistant Branch Manager

Role Purpose

The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for leading branch operations, service delivery, and service sales performance within a mission-critical engineering environment. The role requires strong people leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-centric approach aligned with global quality, safety, and performance standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a cross-functional team of approximately 10 members across service, operations, and commercial activities Drive branch-level operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with global quality, safety, and process standards Own service sales performance including AMC, preventive maintenance contracts, spares, retrofits, and system upgrades Ensure high standards of service delivery, uptime assurance, and customer satisfaction in mission-critical environments Develop team capability through coaching, performance reviews, and continuous skill enhancement Coordinate closely with project, service engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution Monitor branch KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics; present insights to senior leadership Strengthen customer relationships and support business growth across the region

 

Qualification & Experience

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HVAC / Precision Cooling / Engineering Services Leadership: Proven team handling experience is mandatory, including management of multi-disciplinary teams Functional Expertise: Branch or regional operations Service delivery management Service sales and contract lifecycle management
